APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Bountiful

I moved in 2 days ago. Love it here, new buildings, new units, great views. Unit came with a garage and a great move in special. I looked at a couple of places, I chose this one because of the nice units, perfect location and great management. Love how they run this place.

Dave and Andrea are an extrodinary team. Dave fixes everything and always does great in everything he does. We loves our apartment. Andrea is very sweet, she listens to our concerns and pays attention to detail. We are here because of her. I can't be more thanklful for her profesionalism and how knoweledgable she is. She is very great at leasing.

Great housing, and the staff is lovely.

I have lived at The Hills for over 6 years! I’m an apartment lifer and really like living here. Everyone is super friendly from the office staff to the maintenance (who is fabulous, even though I think I’ve only needed something 3 times in 6 years) to the Property Manager who is so responsive and gets things done immediately! I also love the fact it’s like a small community instead of a massive complex! So Happy :)

Early Monday morning February 24th we experienced water leaking from the bathroom sink. It was early, about 7:00 am, so I called the Emergency Maintenance number , who notified Dave at Renaissance. Dave came within 30 minutes and was able to successfully repair the drain. While he was there, he also was able to replace a faulty smoke detector which had expired. Thank you Dave, and Thank you Renaissance.

This place is beautiful, close to stores,the gym is 24 hours and the management are very friendly and helpful!

I've had a really good stay for about 3 years now, never had any issues, staff is super helpful.

Price and location are great. The apartment sizes are large and spacious with an open-concept layout and large windows. Just about 2 miles from the mountains and many hikes. A little over 5 min from SLC and 10 min to both the Farmington Station Mall and City Creek Mall. Several grocery stores around. Target and Walmart 3 exits away and Costco down the street. Has a good sized dog park in the complex for quick visits and a very large dog park less than 2 min away with plenty of dogs to play with. Parking can be a little difficult, so it is worth paying for a parking spot or a garage. The apartment has a nice pool open all summer and a little into the fall, a BBQ area in the pool area, and a small, newly renovated gym. Located very close to both an EOS and Vasa gym which is convenient for extra amenities. Area is suburban but does run along busy roads so it can be a bit noisy and complex is family friendly, but can be louder with children. Very clean complex and maintenance is always quick and ready to help! Amazon hub is onsite and overall, it’s been a nice and safe place to live. I’ve enjoyed all the property managers that have worked here (there have been 3) and the people in the area are friendly. I would recommend it to anyone looking for large, spacious apartments for a good price.
