APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Bountiful

If you are looking to move, the Hills at Renaissance is the place to be. They have a pool, gym, dog park and is so close to the city. Everyone who works here is so nice. Everyone who lives here is also nice. I love it here and may never move.

I have lived here for four years now and don't plan on moving any time soon. Why would I? Rent is reasonable, there is a pool, dog park and gym. We have used the clubhouse for parties and it has plenty of room for everyone. All of the property managers and leasing agents we have had have been so amazing. The maintenance guy is always on top of everything right away and really cares about the residence. He is out shoveling the snow at 5 a.m. in the winter and is out keeping the pool clean in the summer. All the residents here are so nice and it is so close to everything. If you are looking to move, this is the place to be.

Andrea is the best Leasing Consultant I have ever dealt with. She knows her job well. She is very knowledgeable about apartments.

Gunnar was great to work with and made sure my needs were met, as well as willing to help me reach the right amount of rent that I felt would work. The floor plan for the 1x1 is well thought out, convenient and cozy! The neighborhood is nice, calm, and there's shops within walking, and they care about your valuables by offering individual garages and storage units!

Had a tour of their apartments, Andrea was the leasing agent who showed me their apartments, she was very helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and was willing to work with me to get into a place as I’m going through a divorce and need my house sold before I could move into an apartment there.
