The Hills at Renaissance have been great! Communication is prompt and easy! Maintenance is always quick, which is great! I would recommend to anyone in need of an apartment in the Woods Cross area!

I was looking for a place to move into. I came here first and went and checked a couple of other places out. I was drawn back here. I spoke to Cait both times and she was AMAZING! Dave made sure my apartment was in tip top shape when i moved in.

This place actually cares about its tenants. If you have a maintenance issue, they’re there to fix it in a timely manner. Dixie is super sweet! Great location! The pool is my fav in the summer. The property is well maintained. 24 gym has been my safe haven. This place feels safe. I was afraid to move in with internet managed by the property because I work from home but it has given me almost no problems!!! Maybe once in the last two years I’ve lived here. Xfinity gave me a problem weekly before living here. this place has been a win for my son and I
