The washer sprung a leak, and called the front office, within 30 minutes the maintenance man was fixing the issue.

I'm still blown away how quickly Dave responds. The only way I can tell that he has been there is that stuff is fixed, but otherwise everything is cleaned up and looks great.

As always, Dave is great, the only way you can tell he has been their is the thing that was broken is fixed and better than it was before
