I love the Hills at Renaissance, they have the nicest little dog park for my dog Rome. I also have to give it up for Tayja, she is so sweet and kind and always has an answer for any questions I have had!

Cait is the most attentive manager in my 20 years of renting I love the hills at renaissance the location is phenomenal and super clean well kept and well run. It makes a difference when the staff care and here Cait is more like family than staff. Thank you for providing the hills at renaissance such an amazing experience year over year.

The Hills at Renaissance have been great! Communication is prompt and easy! Maintenance is always quick, which is great! I would recommend to anyone in need of an apartment in the Woods Cross area!

I was looking for a place to move into. I came here first and went and checked a couple of other places out. I was drawn back here. I spoke to Cait both times and she was AMAZING! Dave made sure my apartment was in tip top shape when i moved in.
